Training service dogs is a lot of work and begins Training service dogs is a lot of work and begins as soon as we find suitable candidates. Whether the puppy is 12 weeks or 9 months old, the process is the same.

Here at Dog Tag Buddies, finding suitable candidates and getting them moving forward on the best paw is incredibly important to us and you can help.

How can you make a difference?

1️⃣ If you are in the local Yellowstone County area, consider becoming a puppy raiser. This is a huge commitment, but comes with huge rewards. Visit our website to sign up as a volunteer and we will follow up.

2️⃣ Consider sponsoring a puppy through training. Every gift, small or large makes a difference and our services are provided to veterans at no cost. It costs approximately $23,000 the first two years for acquisition, training and support of each team, including food, veterinary care and supplies.

3️⃣ Check out our Amazon wish list, or support Dog Tag Buddies through Amazon Smile, https://smile.amazon.com/hz/charitylist/ls/GJ114Z4SXJJI/ref=smi_ext_lnk_lcl_cl
